Lithuania is moving towards restricting the sale of alcohol-free beer, wine and other non-alcoholic drinks associated with alcoholic beverage categories to people under 18, as part of its wider policy to prevent the normalisation of alcohol use among minors.

Norway’s Progress Party Youth says it will review its summer-camp alcohol rules after criticism of drinking at an event where more than 30 percent of participants were minors. A new survey shows that seven of Norway’s nine major political youth organisations already hold alcohol-free summer camps.
