A new Danish survey finds that nearly three in four people aged 18 to 34 experience an expectation to drink alcohol in social situations, while almost half of young people who take a break from alcohol say it can make social participation more difficult.

Norway’s Progress Party Youth says it will review its summer-camp alcohol rules after criticism of drinking at an event where more than 30 percent of participants were minors. A new survey shows that seven of Norway’s nine major political youth organisations already hold alcohol-free summer camps.
